Diante repeated his 5 star performance adding the technique on how to catch tiny hail pebbles falling from the sky. Thank you sir!

So I am giving them five stars due to them recovering a mistake the shop made. However very professional and gave me a $35 giftcard for the inconvenience. I will return for my vehicle maintenance

Excellent, reliable service. If you’re the kind of person that asks lots of questions about the repair options, then this is the shop for you. I’ve taken both my wife’s and my own car here to be serviced or repaired, and the process is always smooth & painless. You’re in good hands with John & his team.

I will start from cons because it was only few besides so many pros. Will do my service there since. I came Saturday for oil change and general check, the crew, John met me first, was very helpful, welcomed me from the moment I entered the facility. So I was expecting that it will take maybe and hour - hour and half at the most but it took about three hours, wasn’t expecting that but I didn’t did previous reservation so maybe that’s why. Also I was checking my brake pads and my wheels wrapped in plastidip so somebody did couple scratches on the plasitdip. It’s not a big issue but I preferred this to be avoided in future. And finally... pros. The crew is super polite, intelligent, professional and helpful. Really liked that they explained me everything what and why they doing this and that. Showed for me brake pads, what actually happening with them etc ( I’m myself car enthusiast and know something but they showing you everything and explaining that simple that any newbie will be able understand). Plus they send an e-report about your car with photos which I found super cool and a relevant. And the last thing - fare prices and they not trying to add or repair “something else”, straight to the point. Definitely will continue with those guys.

I've had several positive experiences with the dedicated and professional staff at University Tire. Most recently, I had a full brake service on my 2017 BMW X1. I initially went in on Saturday and Dante was very forthright with me about the scope of the job. While the warning message on the car demanded brake pads, he informed that the with BMW vehicles, rotors and sensors must also be replaced so that the alert goes away and the vehicle performs at ideal capacity. About an hour after performing a no-cost inspection, he confirmed that the full service was required, but that all available shops that sold the parts were not opened and I would have to bring the vehicle in on Monday. During this exchange, I gave him a ballpark budget. He went line item by line item ensuring that he priced each one at the lowest bid possible, bringing the overall cost to a point where I could not forsake the offer. I know I saved at least $300-$400 since the dealership would have been way over what I ended up paying at UT&A. When I went in on Monday, the staff was ready for me and I was on my way to work. I received a text message AND followup phone call later that day to inform me that the service was complete. Close to 5 PM, another call came in to ensure that I was in route and they even offered to wait for me should traffic prove to be an imposition. I've never had this level of attentive care from an automotive service agency ever! The payment/hand-off was smooth and drama free and the manager informed me that the service/brakes had a two-year warranty that accompanied the vehicle, no matter the state of residence. Given how auto service businesses can be insufferable, this delectable experience is one I would repeat in a heartbeat. I unreservedly recommend this place with gusto and delight. As a resident of the North Area USC neighborhood, I am proud we have business like this to vaunt and share with other Angelinos.

Fast service. Very clear about the costs ahead of time. They send me a full inspection email soon after I dropped off my car and called me to see if I wanna do any of the additional recommend services. Perfect for USC students. You can just drop off your car and walk to campus and pick it up after school- which is what I did
