I can only say positive things about this place. It was one the places that offers AAA discounts. I called and spoke to Brianna (I apologize if I misspelled it) to get a quote over the phone. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with answering all of my questions. I went the same day to drop off the deposit for my tires (they had to order them since they didn't have them in stock that same day) I dropped off my car the next day. They changed all of my tires and did an alignment. A gentleman was very consistent to let me know the update on my car ( I can't remember his name, I'm sorry) I am very satisfied with the overall services both on my car and customer service. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

I received excellent customer service at University Tire & Auto Service for my tire repair. All of my questions were answered, wait time was reasonable. I am a very satisfied first time customer. I also liked the customer lounge area very clean. I will highly recommend you to my family and friends and that you are also AAA approved business.☺️☺️😎❤️

The Auto shop had friendly personnel i will give them that. They could not diagnose the problem and charged me 225.00 to look at it and not offer a solution. Mechanics is science not magic and I don't if they got a new guy working on it or what but they still required the inspection money and did not offer to attribute it to to the work needed. They also ignored my AAA discount even after I told them and had proof that I was a AAA member. I paid them and got as far away as I could from them.

I visited this location on two separate occasions. The first, earlier this year, I was charged $180 to replace a fuse in order to get my car started, and the second time, a few weeks ago, the diagnostic charge alone was $280. I towed my car to a repair shop, which concluded the starter was the problem. For the same amount of money charged at University Tire for diagnosing the problem, but no repair and no money applied to the repair, my vehicle was completely repaired with a lifetime warranty for the starter. I value my time and money as does anyone else. Here, at University Tire although recommended by AAA, the value of time and money is not well spent.

Prices are way too high here. I could pay much less if I didn't bring my car here.

I’ve been coming to this location for years for my regular car maintenance. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I never feel like they are trying to push unnecessary services onto me and my car is always ready when they say it will be.
