The good: Brought my vehicle in after getting rear ended and was greeted immediately by one of the staff members. Everyone I spoke to is very nice and willing to help when asking for updates, asking questions etc. The professionalism is there, giving you a sense of security in the work. It took just over a month to complete the repair, and it was impeccable. Definitely worth the wait. Very impressed with the attention to detail, and quality. They even cleaned and waxed the whole vehicle. It looked off the lot. I had previous damages to the vehicle and they were able to get more than I thought possible fixed from a previous claim. John, the owner, is great and happy to explain the process and what's happening. No condescending or dismissive behavior whatsoever. The bad: Some of the updates I received via email were a bit poorly written and had to call in to get further details. I wasn't given a clear idea of the timeline but with the steller results I can forgive that. The ugly: Nothing. In a nutshell, love this place. They are reputable, great to work with, and have the quality to back it up: highly recommended.

It was a very smooth oil change

I came in with the AC not working. Got a text message saying that the AC issue was diagnosed and I should call back to confirm the estimate ($308) which I did. Later I get another message saying that actually the compressor is broken and the repair will be additional $992. Now, maybe it's a simple miscommunication, but I work in the medical field and 'diagnose' definitely means that you know exactly what the problem is, which clearly was not the case at the time when I got the message with the $308 estimate. Unfortunately, my AC got misdiagnosed, I paid $308 for nothing and the AC is still not working hence the poor review. Next time please do not overstate in your communications that you know what the problems is when you do not. Saying that you diagnosed is very different than saying that you have no idea and it will take another $308 to figure it out. It feels like I've been extorted and lied to.

This was one of the best car experiences I had! University Tire Center was super helpful and quick! They gave me all the options and costs up front and answered all my questions. It made a super stressful situation (getting a flat tire) really easy to fix! Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs tire help!!
