I visited them for a pre-purchase used car inspection. I was attended to quickly and the person I spoke to, Mr. Diante, was very professional. I had an appointment for the base version of the used car inspection. Based on the results, I wanted to decide on whether or not the car needs a more expensive but detailed inspection before I decide to buy the used car. I was suggested that the car is in great condition and I may not need the detailed inspection and I felt so too! I appreciate the honesty and it made me feel great. Also, I received an e-report with videos and pictures to explain the condition of the vehicle. The report also suggested urgent and non-urgent repairs to be done on the vehicle. I found this extremely helpful and Mr. Diante gave me some more helpful suggestions along with the report. I will definitely visit them for all my auto needs once I buy the said vehicle.

Very friendly, honest business. I brought my car in for an alignment, per another tire company's suggestion. Within 30 minutes, University Tire called me back, and said they're only charging me for a checkup because everything looked fine.

I was getting ready to go to work when I discovered my car had a flat. I brought my car to University Tire Center and was greeted by Eryck. I explained the problem and he was so friendly and reassuring agreeing to take the car without hesitation. I waited in their customer lounge, they repaired the flat and I was ready to go in 25 minutes. The staff are always so responsive and ready to help. If you have an issue with your car, you can bet that University Tire will be there to fit it!!.
