I thought they were really fantastic, upfront and professional. I would go back to them again. My only suggestion is that management provide the employees with protective masks while we're in the midst of the pandemic. They're providing an essential service and have to deal with a lot of people. They deserve protection too.

University tire and Auto how does sheer desperation trying to get my oil change after the previous mechanic screwed up the job they were able to handle getting the stuff for oil plug off and everything in as little as 30 minutes. Definitely going to be coming back for all future tune-ups and everything else

My experience with University Tires and Auto Services has always been great. Ive been there a couple times before and the crew has always been super professional. Needless to say the quality of work is also great.

I cannot say enough kind words about University Tire & Service Center!! I got my first ever flat on my first car 1 day into leasing it amidst a global pandemic. So needless to say I was overwhelmed. Not only did the staff listen to my concerns they listened and gave me all of my options. I feel awful I can’t remember her name but there was 1 person in particular who really stepped up to support me. They were able to fix my flat and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you for your professionalism and more importantly your kindness!

The first time I came here, I was a litte shock to see the Owner at work with his employees.. That's is trust and respect and communications with each others.. .. So, I trust the relationship they all have with one another.. This is my third time coming here because, I need something else done on my car.. I try looking else where, but it I didn't feel the realness of the company that I was going to.. So I when back to the Professionalism and they did a great Job on my car.. That's guy, I really appreciate y'all and I will be back and I will let my family and friend know John and his team are honest, loyalty and trustworthy..

I visited them for a pre-purchase used car inspection. I was attended to quickly and the person I spoke to, Mr. Diante, was very professional. I had an appointment for the base version of the used car inspection. Based on the results, I wanted to decide on whether or not the car needs a more expensive but detailed inspection before I decide to buy the used car. I was suggested that the car is in great condition and I may not need the detailed inspection and I felt so too! I appreciate the honesty and it made me feel great. Also, I received an e-report with videos and pictures to explain the condition of the vehicle. The report also suggested urgent and non-urgent repairs to be done on the vehicle. I found this extremely helpful and Mr. Diante gave me some more helpful suggestions along with the report. I will definitely visit them for all my auto needs once I buy the said vehicle.
