I am very disappointed about their service system as well as the attitudes towards customers - it is about trustworthiness and responsibility. I needed to replace a splash shield. When I ordered the service yesterday, I wanted to make sure that the new part would be genuine. So I asked the front desk about it and he said it should be genuine. However, when I got my car back, I found that the part was a third-party product (OEM) even though the invoice said it is a genuine one. I complained about it, and the manager said it was a miscommunication. This reminded me of another issue that I experienced several years ago. At that time, I ordered several services including replacing wipers. When I got my car back, a similar situation happened. I found that the wipers were not replaced even though it was charged. I complained about it and the same manager said it was a miscommunication. What a coincidence! I did not want to believe that they did this intentionally (because I am an international student, not a native speaker). However, if the miscommunication is repeated, it means that the service system is seriously problematic. Furthermore, the manager did not apologized for the inconvenience that they made to me. I claimed that they should replace the splash shield with a genuine part. The manager promised that he would replace it by today. I will watch how they are going to handle this issue, and I hope I can receive a sincere apology from the manager after he fixes everything.
