In my opinion this is the most professional alignment shop I've been to. While the price per alignment in other shops range fron $50 up to $70 ... here is a little bit more but it's well worth the extra bucks. In addition, the alignment is performed to factory specs and the technician test drives the vehicle before returning it to you along with the print out of the alignment results. Definitely way superior service than other shops around.

I've been using them for years and absolutely love this place and make the drive all the way from west LA because I trust them so much. They do a lot more than tires too. I've had them do oil changes, smog checks, AC repair. They always are able to fit me in and give me a great price.

After an oil change at my Audi DTLA dealer, I was advised that there was a number of issues with my vehicle due to wear and tear. The estimate was over $5000. Luckily, I had warranty on the vehicle and University Tire & Auto Service was one of the listed partners they worked with. I had the pleasure to work with Erick and Deonte throughout the process of looking into what my warranty covered and didn’t as well as what actually needed to be done on the vehicle as a second opinion. Both of them were very professional in allowing me to drop off my vehicle for a couple of days and provide me with details on costs of repairs and labor covered by my warranty company as well as my out of pocket costs. After everything, it took less then a week to repair 4 major issues with my vehicle and only paid $460 of the $4,800 total cost and $280 was to diagnose the car which my warranty didn’t cover. Overall, great communication from the team as well as results. I wish I could do more than just write a wonderful review but they will be the first I go to for any issues or needs in the future.
