The lady over customer care will mention details differently. I needed a pre inspection check and the guy over there told me, he will take 150$ for just "looking at the vehicle" and not connecting any machine to check. :) Look somewhere else guys!
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate your input as it helps us improve our services and clarify any misunderstandings. I believe the service you were quoted was our pre-purchase vehicle inspection. I wanted to provide some clarification on that what that service includes: A thorough visual inspection of critical safety features such as brakes, tires, suspension, and lights. Identification of any observed needed repairs, like fluid leaks, other wear & tear items, etc. Looking for evidence of prior collision repair work that was not performed correctly. Assessment of other maintenance and aesthetic concerns that may impact the vehicle's value and performance. We usually require several hours to complete this detailed inspection and to prepare any necessary estimates. This is not a quick glance at the vehicle in the parking lot, but a thorough inspection, and includes photos and videos of any areas of concern. Now, if there are specific concerns you have such as a check engine light, airbag light, unusual noises, or other issues that require specialized testing or diagnostic equipment, these would be addressed separately from the pre-purchase inspection. We strive to provide clear and accurate information to all our customers. I apologize if our communication was not as clear as it should have been during your call. We are committed to providing thorough and reliable services to help you make informed decisions about your vehicle purchase.
