Made an appointment online for a Saturday put what i needed done. Got there and was told they only do that M-F. Didn't say that online maybe should put that on there. You guys do great work .

This was the worst experience I’ve had in any auto shop. I would not recommend anyone to come here. The reason is because I went in to fix my breaks spent over $2500. When my car was fixed and I took it home I noticed the front wheel was lose. I took it back, got it back, they did not resolve my problem plus they messed up my battery. Now I need to pay more for those repairs, not to mention they did not take responsibility. I haven’t ride my car at all because it is not mobile whatsoever. Worst auto shop ever!!! Expensive, waste of time and does not meet customers satisfaction. Do not recommend!

I have a pretty old Honda Accord with manual transmission and they were patient with what wound up being a much more complicated repair than originally anticipated. They completed the repair at their original quote, despite having to purchase some unexpected parts. I'll be coming back here the next time I need maintenance.

My partner and I just moved to this part of the city, and immediately needed a slew of car service. University Tire was well reviewed, so we took both our cars in, and they did not disappoint! Very fast, professional, and they guarantee many of their services with warranties. They’re not the cheapest, but you can trust that they’ll do the job and they won’t upsell you with peripheral issues. Really happy to have them in my hood!

I found University tire excellent in every way. My sons have been used to car dealerships in the tech field and know which places to go . Because of covid I went myself. The lady who handled the paperwork was very nice. A youngish blond guy REALLY knows what he’s doing. The price was very fair. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

This place is awesome. Brought my E93 bmw 335i in today for a oil change. They took less than an hour and they were very kind and respectful. Price is reasonable also. Definitely recommend to anybody who's looking for a good shop to bring their car to.
