The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the good customer service. The process of patching a flat tire went smoothly and was reasonably priced.

John contacted me every step of the way to make sure I was informed. Prices were fair and turnaround was quick.

I can’t complain enough about this place. Do not bring your car here. I took my car in for regular oil change service in the summer. When I left all my service light indicators were still on. I called and they assured me it had been done so I let it go. I spoke with the manager this time to ensure proper service, and he assured me they would take care of it and also check my engine lights to pull the codes. After leaving my car there for almost five hours causing me to miss an appointment, I picked the car up and the engine codes were not checked, I did not get the inspection report until I asked for it (they usually tell you before they do anything) and a day later my engine coolant alert (which should have been topped off during the oil change) has come on saying I need to add it to my car. Had to take it to another service station two days after paying them. Never coming back here or giving them any more money.

Getting into an accident is never fun and having so little time I. Order to find a repair shop added to my issues. However, after carefully looking around I decided to try University Tire and repair. It was close, clean and seemed to be well managed. John put me at ease with his knowledge and understanding of the whole process. He explained, listened and was very professional. Took one week and my car door was fixed and I was one satisfied customer. The work was 💯

I have been using University Tire for several years and they have always been able to get my replacement tire in a timely matter. Reps are very professional and friendly.
