Vicente, we're very sorry you were dissatisfied with your latest visit. We believe there is a misunderstanding surrounding the repair recommendations we made, and we'd like to try and clarify them for you. The noise you're concerned about is coming from the pump, which is operating without fluid due to a leak. The other shop you visited filled the pump with more fluid without actually fixing the leak. As a result, the fluid they filled it with again leaked out. We recommended fully repairing the leak which you declined at this time. Without a complete repair, you will continue to experience the same issue and noise. We'd be happy to provide that repair to you if/when you are ready. Feel free to contact us any time at (323) 733-1236 and we will gladly go over our recommendations and answer any questions you have.
