Honestly one of the best shops around.

I had a flat tire late at night so I called the next morning and they took me in right away and gave me honest and fast service! They even checked and pumped up my other tires when the tire pressure light was still on after the tire change (even after they initially said would turn off after I started driving) ◡̈ would use them again if I were in the area again!

I don't know why Google is asking me to review University Tires. I have never been to this location. I have no idea if this busyness is good for auto repair. They sold a 2015 Nissan Versa to Blok Auto of OC, then Blok sold it to me. However there is a problem with the Title and the DMV needs me to get everyone to sign a redundant pink sheet. University Tire said someone would call me but they forgot. I've done that too so I'm not that upset. I just feel everyone's been on edge since Jan 6 but that's another story.

Nice service

Been a returning customer since Fall 2020 and have always been impressed with the customer service and ease of online services/portals. Everyone is also great with transparency and communication (including photos) of what’s going on with my vehicle. I recently came in with a new car that got dented in December and the work with replacing the door and panels (even though pid through insurance) was stunning! The car looks brand new and I appreciate the craftsmanship. Also shoutout to Jimmy for being such a kind and well versed professional. Even though there was a delay with the door delivery (external issue), I was kept updated and didn’t have to worry. Thanks University Tire and Auto!
