Has always taken longer than I'm told it will and overpriced. I didn't mind before because it was convenient and they had solid customer service. This time I agreed to some repairs for around $700 because I was leaving soon, even though I knew I was paying too much. Then they called me and said that they broke off a piece but because my car was rusted I would have to pay for it to be fixed too. Ended up being over $1000 when I easily could have had it done for under $300 and done the rest myself. I agreed to the initial price so thats on me but the extra was tough to take.
