I am a graduate student of USC Viterbi School. If you are also a student or you are not familiar with the knowledge of vehicle. I will not suggest you to choose this store unless you are pretty rich and wanna pay extra money. My car need to do a normal service A, so I went to this store. They saw I am a student and told me I need to pay around $480 at least. I told them 4S store only charged me $350 for a service A. Then, they changed the price from roughly $500 to $350. OMG... They wanna take the advantage fo the young students who is not familiar of the vehicle. Also, they told me my tire need to be changed. Three tires will cost me more than $800. I told them that is too expensive. I just changed another car' run flat tires which is more expensive than the normal tires, only around $235 for each. They said, oh okay, the brand is good, that's why. They saw I am going to leave, then told me they can adjust the price to $650 something. These are some tricks. Next is the most terrible thing. I need to use my car during weekend, so double confirmed with the service advisor that whether I can pick up my car before 5pm. He said yes, and they will send me the notice as usual. But, when the service advisor knows I am not going to change the tires in their store, he did not send me the email or text to notify me to pick up the car. I stop by around 4:55pm and they are closing the last door... I am confused, they told me, they did not send me the notice before it is close to 5pm... Then, I made the payment. They charged me $50 more again. I asked them why, they said no why. I showed them the digital invoice downloaded when I confirmed with the service advisor, then they changed the price back to $360...... I asked them the reason again, they said they do not know... Just let me pay. I don't wanna choose this company any more because they are treating me like stupid and foolish. If their boss John got a chance to see this review, I want to tell him that if you wanna keep the business, don't treat students like foolish. Students will not always be rookies.
