Called ahead for an alignment and said they could do it . Arrived and guy looked at me stupid . Said my issue couldn’t be fixed with an alignment . Took it to another shop and fixed my issue with an ALIGNMENT .

Nearly 2 weeks it has been since I've left my car with them. I appreciate their service, but they've had my car for entirely too long. Al has not been consistent with working on my car with a sense of urgency, especially knowing that I need it for work. I work 7 days a week and I've been using Uber for nearly 2 weeks. I live about 60 miles away and I have not been updated daily. I am ready to pay and have my car worked on by a faster mechanic team. That 4.6 rating is misleading as I have been very patient up until now!

Good price, took exactly as long as they said it would(1.5hr for alignment). Costco discount is a plus.

very professional service, I’m here for an pre-purchase inspection. After the inspection, they will tell you which things should be change immediately since they might affect the safety of driving, and some service are recommend. Though the price might be a little bit higher compared to other service providers nearby, the service is worth it. If some service are too expensive and you choose not to fix here, it’s okay. The staff said ‘no matter which shop you choose, you need to fix it somewhere’. Very responsible and kind staff.

I was satisfied with the service provided by Javier here. He was very professional, continuously gave me updates through phone call, provided a good estimation for timeline and gave a clear explanation on his recommendations and the reason behind them. He did ask for a little more time before returning the car so that he can make sure that the car is functioning properly without issues which I appreciated. The online inspection document was also helpful to see the exact issues with the car and the charges.
