Had serious brake problems on a Sunday afternoon. They fit me in and completed repair's on Sunday! Excellent service and support!!

Very pleased with my experience. Son is at USC and I got his car serviced here. Was not pressured at all for unneeded repairs (I am very experienced in auto mechanics). Communication was excellent and price very fair. Costco discount also!

Warning!! Customers BEWARE!! I went in for an oil change and the mechanic pointed out a number of things I needed to replace/fix. They gave me an estimate of around $2400 to fix everything which included the axels among other things and warned me that it was urgent. I was a bit skeptical and wanted to see if I could get the repairs done for less elsewhere.. so I called around to get estimates to fix the things they listed and the price quotes I got we’re about $7-800 less than what University Auto quoted. I also decided to get a second opinion (in person) from another (more honest) shop this time and they assured me that I didn’t need to fix the axels and that they could take a closer look at the other issues next time I come in for an oil change there. Nothing needed urgent attention in the end!! Anyways.. customers beware. They will try to rip you off for things you don’t need.
