Service was great. Went In for an oil change and treated me very well. Will be coming back for other services that my car needs.

I normally loathe needing to deal with auto service businesses, but this was a nice change of pace. They seemed slammed, but I was able to get 2 new tires mounted and balanced WITH an alignment in a little over an hour. The price was within reason for all the services, and the service manager I dealt with (Al (that is a lowercase L, not an uppercase i) was pleasant and swift. Having come in with a wobbly steering wheel, I was pleased to leave with a smooth ride and no concern of refilling the tires daily.

The service at University Tire was great and quick. They also did a free of charge check on my tires and ended up finding two nails. They fixed it quickly at a cheap cost. I will definitely be back for another oil change and other services if needed.

Quick easy oil change. Nice lounge to wait in. Starbucks nearby. Good communication (via text and in person). A little pricey but it was close to home so its fine (about 80$ for an oil change).

Amazing! Everything was clean, staff was friendly, and the repair on my car was super quick. 10/10 would recommend.

We brought our 2015 Kia Optima in off a AAA tow with a seriously damaged front driver tire. Javier at University told us the car also had an oil leak. I called our usual mechanic to discuss towing the car to him, then Javier told me University could do the work on the leak and give the car a 50 point courtesy inspection. A lot deferred maintenance was found as this is our son’s car. So beside the great deal on tires, all the maintenance was done as well as replacement of a damaged splash guard. Javier referred us to Eric when he had his days off. Eric oversaw the completion of the job. Everything was done in a timely and efficient fashion. We loved the texting systems that provides invoices for approval as well as accepts payment. The customer service we received was exemplary. How fortunate we feel still that our Kia was delivered to this outstanding service group. Me and my family couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you to the whole team at University Tire & Auto. The Service was Very Good, I appreciate that my car was delivered back to me, however due to my disability I haven’t had chance to have someone to check what John explained to me. I definitely recommend your company for Exceptional Service.
