Very kind staff. Got there & it was kind of full I was told I would have to wait 1 hour or 1 hour 30 I decided to wait, they finished my oil change in 40 minutes ! Less than what I was waiting for.

Customer service is great.the way they explain what needs to be done to your car is very clear.they even include pictures of the parts that they are going to replace or repair. This is the place to take your vehicle for any repairs.

They do an excellent job every time and return the car when promised! Al was super helpful in talking me through all the parts and services, and definitely went above and beyond! I’ve had regular oil changes and tire rotations there, as well as brake caliper, tire, spark plug, and shock replacements there and everything is working great!

Service is 2nd to none and the prices are extremely fair for high quality service!👌🏾

Professional Service and the guys are very nice.

I had two of my tires replaced with spankin' new tires by these guys on Thursday, got into an accident on Friday which totaled my car, sold the car to them and John gave an -honest- and great deal putting into consideration that I changed my tires with them. I was not expecting a shop to be this transparent while doing good, professional work, but that's my experience w them. 👍🏼

Quick, Easy, and Perfect!! 🙌🏽 I visited University Tire & Auto Service on Friday 3/31/23 at 8 AM with an appointment for a flat tire on my BMW. Not only were they professional on the phone when setting up the appointment but when it came to getting me in and out, I was literally only there for 15-20 minutes!!! You can’t beat that!! If I have any more car troubles (God forbid) I will be returning back to University Tire & Auto Service. 💯 Thank you guys!!
