I had a fabulous experience with University for auto collision repair. They were professional, prompt, and polite. The repair looks amazing and the body work was done in a week and a day - much faster than I anticipated. Both Martin and John were terrific to work with. In fact, we had an estimate done on another vehicle when we picked my up from its repair. I highly recommend this shop!

This is the only place I'm taking my car in Los Angeles, ever! They are scrupulously honest, thorough, and respectful to all. And I truly mean ALL! They are FEMALE FRIENDLY, QUEER FRIENDLY, and TRANS FRIENDLY! As a woman, I've been to plenty of auto shops where they treat me like an ignorant little lady, ready to be fleeced and bullied into charges I don't need. But that's the opposite of the treatment you get at University Tire & Auto! Everyone I've met who works there is kind, knowledgeable, and can talk to you about your car's issues in regular language. When you get a check up, they send you a detailed document - often with pictures - that spells out every single thing they looked at, what state it's in, whether it's a crucial issue, and what they recommend doing. You always have the option which items to fix and which to leave as is. Everything is documented and done to perfection. They even have an in-house auto body shop for that kind of work!

Great service and they always get repairs done fast. A little expensive but I know it's gonna be done right.

Amazing service 5 stars all the way around. You, your shop, and your guys are rock stars. I've been telling everyone who will listen how you show needed repairs in real time and with pictures. Then when the work is done, you show the old jacked up parts you removed. I love this!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One stop auto center

I went to replace my radiator hose and to check on why my car shakes when I apply the brakes. He came back saying there was nothing wrong with the radiator hose, and I needed to replace all 4 brakes. But what was awesome was that my front brakes were under warranty, which I didn't know. He could have easily charged me for all 4 brakes, but only charged me for the rear brakes. I could have paid more than double what I paid. There are honest mechanics out there.

They are so quick, thorough, and friendly. I truly value having them near my college campus and home. Life savers!
