Really efficient body work done on my Hyundai. Marti'n and his team were awesome. So happy that John and Ash offer financing with 3 different companies, everyone can get help paying your bill and this makes them stand out as unique, caring and on the cutting edge. Ladies you can even use affirm here. My All State Ins approved them and they have many Certifications. So happy this local gal got some help. Even tho I've moved to the suburbs..I came back for them. I came home!

I had literally just got back from a trip and my windshield wiper and arm were not working. I pulled in to this auto shop and was attended right away by Briana, In the rain may I say, she got one of her mechanics to assist and within 10 mins I was done and out. I had a car load of luggage and my family! Thank you so much for your service and fair prices no up-sale or over charge.

Great service, and a quick turnaround for the repair.

First time customer experience found through a AAA authorized auto center. I called in the morning to confirm my appointment and Smog Test serviced. The woman I spoke with confirmed it would be no problem. A 1:30p appointment, I arrive at 1:20, run through the services I was requiring (Smog Test ($65) and Oil Change ($80)). She provided me my total for both services and told her I’d be waiting. 40min later, she calls me and says their smog test machine hasn’t been working lately so they can’t perform the smog test. They normally would drive it over to an alternate location but they couldn’t do that because they were short staffed. I left, refusing to have my car serviced by this business. There is clearly a gap in communication amongst the business and its employees for me to go through all of that for 2 of their customer facing employees to not be aware of a machine not working, specially the machine I was very clear I needed for service. Overall, poor customer service, business practices, and communication. Maybe this is a one time occurrence but unfortunately, you sometimes only have one impression to make.

Outstanding Service Experience! I recently took my car to University Tire and Auto Service on Sunday to get a tire replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They mounted and balanced one tire perfectly — quick, professional, and done right the first time. Briana was my service advisor, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I called over the phone to when I arrived in person, she provided such a warm, professional, and genuinely helpful experience. It’s rare to find customer service like that anymore. I’d recommend this place to anyone needing honest and high-quality work. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to complete some additional services I need done. Got my inspection done here and could not have been happier. Price was less than everywhere else. Nice, clean, professional location. Super friendly and professional staff. And, they were super fast!

Typical tire blowout on these lovely LA streets. Had my car towed to University Tire, they had my tire in stock, got it changed immediately (on a Sunday too) and also at a reasonable price. They have a nice waiting area with restrooms and everyone was very nice. I will be going back to get some other stuff done. Highly recommend!
