Really fast service and an amazing team. Love the online updates that makes it easier to see what's happening with my car without being in the middle of the shop. Nice lobby and great bathrooms. Appreciate the accommodations to make it a comfortable and affordable experience. If possible new chairs would be appreciated they are a bit harsh.

Excellent ! Service. My appointment was at 8 a.m. and I was there like they said I would be one hour. Everyone was professional. Nice waiting room. I will bring my car back for repairs everytime I need something fix. They don't hide pricing they give it to you straight. They are professional and knowledgeable. I have a nonprofit company I'm forming to give donated cars to the unhoused. When I get a car that need to be repaired I'm bringing it to them.

I came in with a check engine light. Before charging for a full inspection, one of the workers scanned some kind of check engine error code to see what the potential issue was first. Turns out my gas lid wasn’t screw in all the way! Screwed it back in, didn’t have to pay anything and left within minutes. Thankful the worker didn’t charge me for a full inspection first for a silly issue!

Great work on both mechanical issues and body work. They are always on time and very communicative on all the issues and work needed on my vehicles.

To patch the tire they estimated $50.

The whole process felt really sketchy to me and now I have to fix my car again. I asked for the brakes to be check and they checked a whole slew of other things and quoted me around 5000 for everything when I just needed a few things fixed. I told them just the brakes. They said it would take an hour to get an estimate, 3 hours went by so I called and that’s when they told me what was wrong with it. The next day a different guy who was “more experienced” said I didn’t need all that so they readjusted the quote. And Then they also ordered the wrong parts so they had my car for 3 days when it should have been an 24hr turnaround. ALSO BE AWARE THEY CAN CHANGE THE QUOTE AND PARTS WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL. the front desk lady even apologized for not sending me an updated approval. I didn’t get alerted when it was ready so I again called and they said it was ready at 10am. I get there and it takes them an hour to give me my car back because they were test driving it. Sorry, but there’s no reason to be testing it that long. When I finally got it back my doors had a bunch of scratches on them and now two weeks later my battery is dead. I just replaced the battery in September of last year so they must have left my lights on for all those days, since everything in my car is manual and you have to turn it all off even if the engine is off. There were also some lies I caught them in because they were trying to cover where my car was when I showed up to get it.
