This place cheats customers. I spent $7,000 fixing my car here. While having my car fully repaired, I also replaced the battery in May 2024. After only 1 year and 4 months, the battery died. When I checked, I found out they had installed a battery from February 2020. They are scammers. It's not that I'm upset about the high price. I planned to make an initial payment of $3,500 based on the repair estimate and pay the remaining $3,500 after the repairs were completed. I received a call four days later on Sunday, saying the repairs were done, so I went to pick up my car. Perhaps because it was Sunday, the staff members were extremely unfriendly. When I said I wanted to inspect the car before calculating the remaining payment, they looked annoyed and said, "I don't know what you're trying to check." It made me feel very unpleasant. Moreover, I noticed one common screw missing in the trunk and asked for assistance, but they responded with "We can't help with that" and suggested I come back on Tuesday if I wanted. It only takes less than five minutes to tighten a screw, and yet I paid $7,000 for their service. I felt extremely frustrated and disappointed. It seems like the staff members have no intention of working. I would give them a 1star rating, but thanks to one staff member who assisted me from start to finish, I'll give them 2stars. I don't know the name of the helpful employee, but he is resembled Will Smith. I'm grateful to that employee alone. Don't go to this place to get your car fixed; you'll only encounter unpleasant experiences.
