I had a great experience at University Tire and Auto service. They are professional and polite and you do not get the feeling that they are trying to run you up in price at all. I was made aware that one of my tires was damaged and I took it here and they were able to order just the one tire I needed and replace the damaged tire with the new one in a span of 2 days. A great resource for college students.

Got me in on the fly before Burning Man and handled my brakes, tire rotation and saved me $1,400 on what would have been a very unplanned for repair by changing out a fitting… wonderful! We already know what work I need to plan for, and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I have been going to University Tire for several years now because their timely, efficient, and exude customer service. Although they may appear extremely busy, my car was assessed timely with a detailed results, including pictures, via text and email. Having that information electronically, I was able to review and accept what I wanted done without having to return in person, so they could get started on the work and was notified via text and email when the auto repairs were completed.

Terrible service. They charged me $831.13 for an inspection, and timing belt replacement. They tried to charge me $6500 for a valve job. After getting a second opinion, I decided to junk my car. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This place is a ripoff.
