Initially I had an issue with this location and advised the public to stay away from it due to my experience. I had got a tire from this location and it got on flat a month later, and when I went back they did not want to change it, instead they told me it was not under warranty and I had to pay even though I was told I had a warranty when I purchased the tire. However, the manager Ash got in touch with me and advised me to come to the shop and he offered to change the tire free of charge. Due to his willingness to take accountability and ownership over this incident I would highly recommend this business.

University Tire & Auto Repair was honest and efficient. They called to go over what was going on and sent over a text with all of the pertinent info for me to approve or not approve the work. They were kind and I got my car back quickly.

Fast service and great prices! Went to my car dealer for an oil change because usually it’s around the same price as around town for a full synthetic oil change. (~$80) but the price has jumped to $110! Ridiculous. University Tire is down the street from me and I wish I had been going there from the start. They are even cheaper and faster than Midas which is my other usual stop for an oil change. My car was done in an hour on a Saturday! (With appt.) And the total price was LESS than $80. I’ll be back! Thank you!

The workers are always very professional. We did have an incident once with paperwork... nothing major. The employee didn't necessarily deal with it properly, but It was resolved pretty quickly by the manager. They work with Costco, so if you have a membership you can get a 15% off. Oil change comes with a free honest inspection. Try them out!
