I only went to this establishment because it was open on Sundays and I will not be returning. First, I was quoted 1800 for 4 brakes and rotors when I only need the back rotors and brakes done. So I know for a fact they lied when they told me I need new rotors in the front. I know 1800 is steep because the dealer quoted me 1500. They charged me 900 for 1 set of brakes and rotors, then they left the undercarriage pan dragging under the car. Its scraping the ground. They even saw it as I drove away and laughed at me. Don't go here. They'll gouge you if you're a woman and they made me wait 4 hours for a brake job. 4 hours. There was no other car in the bay- just mine- so I have no idea what took them so long. Then the "mechanic" left in my car to do a test drive and he was gone for 30 minutes. I think he took his lunch break while in my car. When I asked when he'd be returning, the man at the front desk said "Oh yeah we drive it for a while." No, they don't. When I got in my car to drive off he had changed the station on the radio, he moved the seat, and he moved the steering wheel! Avoid this shop. It's one big racket and just because AAA sends customers there, means nothing. AVOID! They're crooks.

University tires was fast and efficient John was very friendly and he told me exactly how much my tires would cost I highly recommend them for your auto needs

The guys forgot close my engine air filter box, and didn’t tell me nothing. Think Twice before you go there. I’m so happy I didn’t get any brake replacement with this shop

I wanna give a big thank you to Martin and the university and tire team for leaving my car like new 🙏 the work performed on my vehicle was by far the best work I’ve seen. I would honestly recommend this place to anybody in need of an auto collision repair. They go above and beyond. From a scale 1-10 I’m satisfied. Solid 10 thanks guys for the work 💯

Solid work while you wait.

This place blew me away. Even the first call I made to them was extraordinary. Nelly was exceptional at getting everything arranged and smart as a tack. I went there with a car to have it checked out since I was considering buying it. The entire lot is clean and tidy and very busy. The car was checked out via an incredible diagnostic tool that they use and makes it fool proof with what is right and wrong with the vehicle. (pictures, explanations and even a video). These guys know what they are doing. I went with a friend who lives in another town, but wants to from now on bring his car here! Nelly, Ash, etc... EVERYONE we talked to knew what was what. Really a joy consulting with REAL experts. THANKS ALL!!!

University Tires is very professional and everything that they do. I recently had bodywork done on my vehicle and it was done very professionally. They used all dealership parts and new parts. I am very satisfied on how much great work and effort they put into my vehicle and getting it back to looking perfectly.
