I don’t know of anyone who enjoys the hassle involving car repairs. However, I love the expertise, professionalism and overall experience working with University tire and repair. This is my 3rd time working with Universal and each time it gets better. They kept me informed the whole time and even did a 40 point inspection, “who does that” University did that

University Tire & Auto Service did a fantastic job fixing my smashed windshield and damaged bodywork. However, the lines of communication can be improved. From the customer's perspective, I never knew who I was messaging or emailing because the same number and email was used for everything. I recommend employee specific emails and numbers so I know the person on the other end is who I am supposed to talk to. This way I don't need to call and be transferred and have no one pick up. It also frees up whoever is answering the phone. Also receiving updates on the progress of insurance claims, work progress and updated estimated pickup times would be nice so I don't need to call that much. Perhaps a website that can do this would be great so I don't need to call every week to check the status. Overall a good experience. Do note my insurance is from Canada so that has complications, but University Tire & Auto Service did well.

My brakes start a grinding to my rotors. My car was not functional/driveable and it happened on a Saturday night. Most mechanic shops are closed on Sunday. However, they are open 7 days a week. The gentleman that helped me was Al and he was absolutely amazing. He was helpful, polite, accurate, caring, and display some of the best customer service i've seen in a while. They did a full inspection on my vehicle. They not only check my brakes and roters, butt they also did the 15 point inspection on my vehicle. They were able to complete the work on my vehicle that same day within 3 hours. Also, advised of the wearing on my tires and that I needed a wheel alignment. They also took pictures of everything they did Before & After as well as the other issues that may exist with my vehicle. I was able to get real-time updates through text messages to their invoice and inspection system. The price was a little high, however well worth it. They are my new mechanics for all vehicles in my household. Thank you, University Tires and Auto Services.
