I wish I can remember the gentleman name that I talk to over the phone before I made it to the location. He was very friendly and Iā€™m gonna assume that was him who I met when I got to the location and he helped me in a timely manner, cause I expressed to him that I was on a time crunch, and they took care of me. I was very satisfied.

Very expensive for tire patches. I was visiting with a rental car that had a nail inside. I should have known on day 1 of the rental when I constantly had to refill the air to the correct psi. If I have the time, I would have swing by America Tire. University Tire was the closest tire shop near USC but I was ok with paying the convenience of being in and out the door within 30 minutes without an appointment.

Customer feedback is important to us and we wanted to extend a sincere apology for your less than excellent experience at our shop. We strive to do better than just providing an "average" service experience as that is not our standard of service nor intention.
