Took my tire here because it was flat. To drive it there I put a new/spare tire on myself, and then asked them to fix the one I had taken off and then once it’s fixed put it back on. It was almost like they didn’t believe me that it had been flat? Left it here for two hours. They didn’t fix anything, just told me that they couldn’t find a leak and then put the old tire (that had gone flat!) back on. Then charged me $20. Lo and behold, the tire went flat again, and I had changed the tire + brought it there + paid money for absolutely nothing and I was left with a car that I couldn’t drive yet again. I took it to a place just down the street, they only charged me $10, it took 15 minutes, and he fixed it. It was actually an issue with the valve, which this place didn’t check apparently. Would not recommend. HUGE hassle.
Samantha, customer feedback is important to us, and we are saddened to see your one-star review, as that is not our standard of service nor intention to have a customer leaving our shop unsatisfied with their visit. We want to send a sincere apology for the miscommunication and for letting you and your vehicle leave our shop without the issue being fully resolved. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and for your honest feedback so that we may continue to improve. We have held a meeting with staff regarding the situation you experienced and have updated our policies for tire repairs. Additionally, we have already refunded your credit card for the amount you were charged. Thank you.
