Very very helpful! I ordered the wrong tires and they expedited the right ones for my son’s car. Took good care of the car and was done in a very expedited manner. Excellent communication (ie didn’t make me feel dumb lol) with me and my son, who had to pick up the car. I would highly recommend!!!

Someone vandalized my car by throwing a rock in it, University Tire and Auto was able to get my window replaced promptly, they even vacuumed up all the glass! Appreciate y'all!

All the staff was very helpful assisting following an emergency breakdown on the 110 freeway. They diligently evaluated the vehicle and advised the correct diagnosis. Would highly recommend them for any type of automotive service!

I took a road trip with my daughters this past summer and my brand new car broke down! Clearly, I was beside myself! We were lucky when Triple A towed us to University Tire and Auto Service. I was absolutely impressed with their customer service, honesty, and patience with us as we were trying to figure out what to do. They could have fixed my car and sent us on our way, but didn’t. They explained that since my vehicle was under warranty, it would be best to have the dealership take a look at it. Although it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, it was the right thing to do. It’s hard to find honest people in this world, but you can absolutely find them at University Tire and Auto Service.
