Upon reviewing your case, our technician notes indicate that we conducted an extensive test drive, covering a total of 12 miles, in an effort to reproduce the concern you reported. Unfortunately, during this time, we were unable to duplicate the issue. While the vehicle’s memory did show two codes related to low fuel pressure, our live data readings indicated that everything was functioning correctly at that specific moment. The check engine light was also off during our inspection. I understand the impact this has had on both your time and finances. It's crucial to note that, in order to have your extended warranty contract accept a repair claim, we must be able to demonstrate a failed component.
