Their services are expensive, I went there for a vehicle inspection and needed to change two tail light bulbs, each costing $6 & $4 respectively. They were going to charge $87 to change the bulbs which was eventually took me less than 2 minutes to change. If you must patronize them, be ready for the outrageous prices for parts and labor.

I took my Ford Focus 2015 to this auto repair shop several weeks ago because my engine light came on and engine stalled. They kept my car for four days but did not find anything wrong with my car inspite of the engine light being on. So, I took my car to two other mechanics. They both said "Fuel Rail System Pressure Too Low" in less than two minutes. One of the mechanics replaced the fuel pump and filter in two hours. My car is running normal instead of stalling like it used to. I told the service advisor at University Tire to check the fuel pump, but they refused, like if I don't know what I am talking about. So I took my car to other mechanic who fixed my fuel pump right away. I wasted $300 in rental car fee and $180 for diagnostic at University Tire. That was a terrible experience at University Tire.

While the vehicle’s memory did show two codes related to low fuel pressure, our live data readings indicated that everything was functioning correctly at that specific moment. The check engine light was also off during our inspection. I understand the impact this has had on both your time and finances. It's crucial to note that, in order to have your extended warranty contract accept a repair claim, we must be able to demonstrate a failed component. We regret any miscommunication that may have occurred and acknowledge that your car troubles persisted. I only went to this establishment because it was open on Sundays and I will not be returning. First, I was quoted 1800 for 4 brakes and rotors when I only need the back rotors and brakes done. So I know for a fact they lied when they told me I need new rotors in the front. I know 1800 is steep because the dealer quoted me 1500. They charged me 900 for 1 set of brakes and rotors, then they left the undercarriage pan dragging under the car. Its scraping the ground. They even saw it as I drove away and laughed at me. Don't go here. They'll gouge you if you're a woman and they made me wait 4 hours for a brake job. 4 hours. There was no other car in the bay- just mine- so I have no idea what took them so long. Then the "mechanic" left in my car to do a test drive and he was gone for 30 minutes. I think he took his lunch break while in my car. When I asked when he'd be returning, the man at the front desk said "Oh yeah we drive it for a while." No, they don't. When I got in my car to drive off he had changed the station on the radio, he moved the seat, and he moved the steering wheel! Avoid this shop. It's one big racket and just because AAA sends customers there, means nothing. AVOID! They're crooks.
