I ordered 4 run flat tires from John the night before. Next day I was there at 1030 in the morning it only took about 30 minutes and I was out.

My car seems to be running fine after the service, but I don't plan on ever returning because of the customer service. I brought my car in at 9:00 a.m. on a Friday for an oil change and general check. They called me back at 1:00 p.m. to report a couple issues, which they said they could have fixed by the time they closed at 6:00 p.m. That sounded fine to me, because I had plans 13 miles away that night and was counting on my car. When I called back at 5:30 p.m., they said it would not be ready until the next day and they had no loaner cars to offer me. So I ended up having to take the train and an expensive Lyft that night. Don't make promises you can't keep, it's no way to run a business.
