I have 2 different vehicles that I've taken to University Goodyear for repair recently. They did an excellent job informing me of what was wrong with my vehicle. Charlie was the person that I was in contact with and he constantly updated me with what was going on with my vehicles. Once it was going to take longer than expected for the repair and he was kind enough to send for a Lyft/Uber driver to take me home. I found Charlie and the rest of the staff to be kind, curtious, friendly and very professional. I will definitely bring either of my vehicles to University Goodyear should either need repairs in the future.

I was so pleased with my amazing service! They were a bit behind, but one of their employees took it upon themselves to change my right-hand turn signal light bulb within thirty minutes. I appreciate their skill and commitment to quality and customer service.

I had my car service twice work was done excellently but they are way overpriced you could take your car to the dealer and it might be cheaper you must have for a breakdown prior to giving your consent both of my jobs could have been done in one hour each so for water pump cost a $160 a radiator flush to go with it total price of materials $200 plus the labor total 953 out the door that should have cause for $450 Max my 1st time I replaced a compressor $500 for of materials cost me $2000 out the door. They are reliable the do excellent work And it's great to have them in the neighborhood.

I bring my car here regularly. It is a great place. John and his staff are friendly knowledgeable and courteous. It is a great place and the price is right!!
