This past visit nearly puts me in double-digits at UTA, and I could never imagine going anywhere else. Each and every time the customer service and quality of auto care are miles ahead of any other shop. For the first time, I brought my car in without an appointment about 2 hours after opening with around 5 vehicle complaints. Not only did they still hook me up with a 40-point spot check and free tire rotation (a perk of purchasing tires at UTA), they also got everything taken care of, plus a couple extra issues they noticed, same-day. This was after they called and predicted that it’d be done next-day, and I asked if there was any way they could swing it in one sitting. This crew is the best, and I (almost) look forward to having to come back!

Great service! The instrument panel went out on my 2002 Volvo. Finding a refurbished one was not an easy task but Dionte and Al made it happen. I also like that University Tire is open 7 days a week. I didn’t have to take off from work to take my car in and pick it up. I came upon University Tire through a Google search and read the reviews before taking my car in. All of them were positive. I’m adding to the list!

My car's coolant leaking problem was completely fixed here. The repairs were fast and the guys were friendly. Affordable prices!

This place is great! I got my car towed unfortunately, and in the process the tow guys messed up my tie rod (it got bent). Which was a whole other cost on top of the towing/ticket. Al and everyone there was so nice, and when I told them about what happened, they lifted my car back up so I could go under and take a whole bunch of pictures. They gave me advice on what to do, fixed my car super fast (it's working great), and they also physically gave me the part that got messed up so I'd have that as evidence. I would go back to these guys again, great pricing and great service :)

Good customer service. They said 45 minutes and actually did the service in 45 minutes. Appreciate I didn't have to fight back against them trying to sell me a lot of things I didn't want or need.
