Excellent and precise. Saved me a bundle, unlike the Ford Fast Lane auto shop.

I can't express my appreciation enough! Albert was very courteous, helpful, and considerate. The technicitechnician's are very knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to diagnose the exact cause of the problem, not an around-about-maybe, like the Ford Fast Lane technicians. Saved me a bundle. Thanks a lot!

Always great service. Been getting my car worked on here for years, and have sent numerous friends when they needed a shop

Friendly services and knowledgeable technicians. I went for an alignment after installing Aftermarket upper control arms (canburgs) on my Toyota Tacoma and afterwards i spoke with the technician and he explained in detail the adjustments he made. I really appreciated that and will be a reason i would recommend and return when i need their service again. The price was also fair

I have been here 2 times now & it’s been a great experience. They are quick and detailed and I love how they let me know if there’s anything else with my car. But at the same time they aren’t pushy or anything like other car shops. They’re also not that expensive. & they communicate well. Love this place :)

The crew here is very friendly and helpful. The tire I needed wasn't available but they had it ordered within a day and replaced my car tire in a matter of minutes. I've been to this place once last year and my experience was no different. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tires or also oil change and servicing needs.

Went to University tire and auto service last Friday due to speedometer issues. Because I got there later in the day, they said they could not determine what was causing the issue then, but mechanic did visually check speed sensors and said they were ok. I made an appointment to go in the following Monday so they could finish checking and hopefully fix issue. I parked my car, gave keys to head shop mechanic and went into waiting room. About 20 minutes later my car was gone and I went outside to see what was going on. I saw mechanic driving car back from somewhere. He scraped my car on the ground while driving into driveway and then parked car and left it. About 40 minutes walked outside again. Car was still there. Went to restroom and when I came out, car was now parked near service desk and head mechanic told me the cluster had to be replaced. Don't know how they made that determination since they did nothing to the car. Had to pay for a scope test (that is what I was told). On paperwork states performed tests (speedometer issue) but don't know what tests were done and not explained to me. But they made sure to get my money. When I checked dash, it was clear nothing was ever touched. Told I would have to pay well over $300 to replace instrument cluster. Not happy about the way things were handled, but I am sure they were. I have much more work to be done on my car and wife's but University Tire will not get my business.

I live where there are very few diesel mechanics for my '99 F250 (long bed, crew cab) within 7 miles. I was thrilled to discover this shop so close to home. Al (and two others) are super friendly, polite and helpful. Problems: dying alternator, needed the charging system checked; coolant, power steering and brake fluid flushed and replaced; SMOG test...oh, and a headlight. No problem! The work was completed within the quoted time of 36-hours. The odd noises with my steering/breaking disappeared and the batteries were topped off and holding a charge. I deem their prices to be very good! They will certainly get more work from me in the future. Thanks, guys!!

Took car in for speedometer check, charged for a scope fee, after going back to them the following Monday, for them to finish checking car, I sat for over an hour waiting (in total). Mechanic drove car somewhere, came back and parked car and I waited some more. Finally car was brought to pickup area, was told I would have to pay over $300 for new instrument cluster but it was very clear to me that they never touched the instrument cluster. Paid for what they said they did and left.
